ATLANTA (May 5, 2010) – On Thursday, May 20, the Buckhead Business Association (http://www.buckheadbusiness.org) will host its sixth annual ‘A Taste of Buckhead Business EXPO’ at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
This popular fundraiser benefiting the almost 60-year old business networking organization will feature 18 of Buckhead’s finest restaurants plus exhibits by more than 40 companies based in the Buckhead area.
Tickets to the event are $10 per person and may be purchased in advance by visiting the BBA website (www.buckheadbusiness.org) or at the door on the evening of the event. “Invite your clients, colleagues and business associates to this fun and tasty night in Buckhead,” encourages Brenda Horne, CEO of Community Health Charities of Georgia (www.healthcharities.org/georgia), co-chair of the ‘Taste’ event with Cindy Stewart, Director, Gateway EDI, (www.gatewayedi.com). “This is a great – and yes, cost- efficient way – to entertain and treat your business contacts to a special evening in Buckhead!”
This year, participating restaurants include AJA, Brio Tuscan Grille, Buckhead Bottle Bar, Cheyenne Grille, City Club of Buckhead, Coast, Eclipse di Luna, JOEL Brasserie, Johnny Rockets, MoSaiC, Nancy G’s, Pizzeria Venti, Saskatoon, Seasons 52 Buckhead, Schula’s 347 Grille, The Capital Grille, The Grape – Phipps Plaza and Trader Joe’s Buckhead.
“Just a few exhibitor tables are still available,” notes Horne. “We are pleased to see that companies such as Dazzling Smiles, American Laser Centers, Brighton Gardens of Buckhead, Darrel Boatright Interiors, Georgia Power, Fidelity Bank, the Foxhall Resort & Sporting Club, Georgia Eye Associates and many more have already signed up to showcase their products and services to some 800+ guests on May 20.” Last year, the event was attended by more than 700 targeted business people who came to learn more about the great variety of companies that do business in Buckhead while tasting some delicious bites from Buckhead’s fabulous restaurants.
For the sixth year, Grand Hyatt Buckhead is the presenting sponsor of the event, while other major sponsors include 97.1 FM The River Classic Hits, Entertainment Design Group, 1ST Consulting Group, The Wright Attorneys, and Gallery Residences. Limited sponsorships, starting at $1,000, are still available.
