ATLANTA — A total of 17 restaurants are now confirmed for next month’s Taste of Buckhead.
The event, sponsored by the Buckhead Business Association (BBA), runs from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 24 at the historic Buckhead Theatre. General admission tickets are $50 and VIP tickets are $75. As part of the event, attendees can taste dishes from some of Buckhead’s premier restaurants and sample more than 50 wines, beers and spirits.
“The Taste of Buckhead is one of the foremost opportunities to experience the best that Buckhead has to offer,” said Smita Solanki, executive director of the BBA. “Atlanta has arrived as a food destination, and this event is the perfect place for locals and visitors alike to meet and greet some of the city’s best chefs.”
Confirmed restaurants participating in the Taste of Buckhead are: Davio’s, Nancy G’s Cafe & Neighborhood Bistro, Seasons 52, Buckhead Diner, Holeman & Finch Public House, Bhojanic, F&B Atlanta, Rock’s Chicken & Fries, Doraku Sushi, Coast Seafood & Raw Bar, Twist Atlanta, Le Bilboquet, Del Frisco’s Grille, Ocean Prime Restaurant, Georgetown Cupcake, Gypsy Kitchen Atlanta and Nox Creek Lounge Hotel Bar.
In addition several breweries and distributors will be offering attendees samples. Participants include Red White & Blue Distributors, Monday Night Brewing, SweetWater Brewing Co., Bombay Sapphire, Speakeasy Liquors and IPV Trading will be featured during the event.
For an additional $25, attendees can purchase a limited number of VIP tickets. With the special tickets, event-goers have the opportunity to attend a VIP reception at 7:30 p.m. where they can enjoy chef demonstrations, sip special cocktails and try exclusive food items; they will also receive a gift bag chock-full of surprises.
Gas South is the presenting sponsor of this year’s Taste of Buckhead. Other sponsors include Bank of North Georgia and Georgia Primary Bank as gold sponsors and Metcalf Davis and Private Bank of Buckhead as silver sponsors. Just Add Wine is an in-kind sponsor of this year’s event.
