Atlanta, GA – June 15, 2023 — Mark your calendars for the much-anticipated return of Taste of Buckhead, Atlanta's premier food and beverage tasting event hosted by the Buckhead Business Association (BBA), on October 19th. Prepare to delight your taste buds with unlimited samples of Buckhead's most exquisite culinary creations and beverages.

This year's edition of Taste of Buckhead will bring back its philanthropic initiative known as the "Spirit Wall." Attendees will have the chance to purchase tickets to win donated bottles of wine or spirits, with all proceeds benefiting Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC). RLC is a national nonprofit food rescue organization dedicated to redistributing excess food to individuals facing food insecurity.
Robert Lee, the co-founder of Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC), understands firsthand the challenges of food insecurity, having experienced it during his own childhood. Motivated by this personal connection, Lee established RLC, alongside Louisa Chen, to address the pressing issues of wasted food and hunger. Over the past eight years, RLC has made remarkable progress, expanding its reach to eight regions and rescuing an impressive total of over 7 million pounds of surplus food.
Peera adds, "Year after year, we take immense pride in supporting a new organization committed to making a positive impact in the community. BBA remains steadfast in its dedication to charitable causes and is excited to contribute the proceeds from our Spirit Wall to the incredible efforts of Rescuing Leftover Cuisine this year."

General admission tickets for Taste of Buckhead are now available at the early bird price of $50, and a limited number of VIP tickets can be purchased for $100. VIP ticket holders will enjoy exclusive privileges, including a private ASW Distillery tour, access to a VIP room with exclusive tastings, a special gift bag, and unique curated experiences.
The event will kick off at 6 p.m., with VIP access beginning at 5:30 p.m.
