Beverage Participant Information

Interested in showcasing wine, beer, spirits, or a non-alcoholic beverage?

PARTICIPANT DETAILS
Beverage participants are defined as beverage distributors, wineries, breweries, distilleries, or beverage retailers. Participants agree to staff their tables the entire time during the event service times from 5:30PM to 9:30PM including for pre-event set-up and post-event breakdown. Regular wine glasses will be given to all attendees, but participants shall provide their own napkins or other items (i.e. shot glasses, etc.) as needed for distribution of their products. Beverage participants are expected to provide product samples for a minimum of 600 - 800 individuals.

REQUIREMENTS
Wine Participants: 3 oz. pours of at least 4 different types of product, providing at least 3 Liters of each type
Beer Participants: 3 oz. pours of 4 – 6 different types of product, providing at least 100 oz. of each type
Liquor Participants: 1 oz. pours of at least 3 different types of product, providing at least 100 oz. of each type
Non-Alcohol Participants: 3 oz. pours of at least 2 different types of product, providing at least 100 oz. of each type

The following will be provided for beverage participants:

  • One 6’ table at Taste of Buckhead to provide samples to attendees
  • Ice bins and dump buckets as needed
  • Two event tickets for staff (additional tickets can be purchased for 50% off)
  • Parking for one vehicle
  • Your company listing on signage at Taste of Buckhead
