Vendor Information

Participant Details
Vendors may opt to sell/take orders for their products at their tables and are expected to staff their tables from 5:30 - 9:30 pm during the event, as well as for pre-event set-up and post-event breakdown. Due to the nature of the event, we encourage vendors to provide complimentary small samples or giveaways as these tend to result in more sales/brand awareness.

Vendor Fees:
In order to participate as a vendor at Taste of Buckhead, the following vendor fees apply:

  • Vendor (BBA Member) - $100
  • Vendor (Non-Member) - $300

Vendors Will Receive:

  • One 6' table and 1 bar back table
  • Two event tickets for working staff
  • Opportunity to provide give-away in 300 VIP bags
  • Parking for 1 vehicle
  • Your company listing in social media and marketing materials

Additional Options: During the event, there will also be a VIP experience for up to 300 guests in an exclusive connected venue. The VIP experience will host tours of the whiskey distillery, specialty tastes and cocktails, and a VIP gift bag. Vendors are welcome to add a giveaway item to the VIP gift bag (Minimum 300 pieces) and are encouraged to donate bottle(s) to the Wine & Spirit Wall to benefit a local charity ($20 minimum retail value each).
